At Renata Drumond Interior Design, we believe that creating bespoke interiors is a collaborative journey. Our process is designed to ensure that your vision is brought to life with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
Here’s how we do it:
Our Process
Turning Your Vision into Reality
-
1. Discovery & Consultation
Every project starts with understanding you. We begin with an in-depth consultation where we listen to your ideas, needs, and inspirations. This step is essential to creating a clear design brief that reflects your personal style and the functional requirements of your space.
-
2. Concept Development
Based on our consultation, we present you with a tailored design concept. This includes mood boards, sketches, and material samples, allowing you to visualise how the space will look and feel. We work closely with you during this stage to refine the concept, ensuring it perfectly aligns with your expectations.
-
3. Design & Planning
Once the concept is finalised, our team gets to work on the detailed design. This includes floor plans, 3D visualisations, and selecting bespoke furniture, fixtures, and finishes. We ensure every element is considered, balancing aesthetics with functionality, to create a cohesive and luxurious design. We will produce and issue a comprehensive set of technical drawings to ensure our interior design project is successfully implemented on site.
-
4. Project Management & Installation
From overseeing construction to coordinating contractors, our project management ensures every phase runs smoothly. We manage timelines and budgets, keeping you informed every step of the way. When installation day arrives, we ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
-
5. FF&E Procurement
Our extensive network of trusted suppliers allows us to source exclusive furnishings, lighting, and accessories. We handle all the procurement logistics, ensuring that every piece arrives on time and meets our high-quality standards.
-
6. Final Touches & Handover
Our approach begins with the understanding we gathered on your vision and preferences, ensuring each element resonates with your personal aesthetic.
This might include the arrangement of furniture, hanging of art, styling of shelves and surfaces, and adding those final touches that transform a space from a construction site to a cohesive, beautifully curated interior.
